While most people will associate a monk to be serious and aggrieved, nothing can be further from the truth when it came to Osho, the man who is considered to be one of the greatest spiritualists of all time.
Of course, he has had his fair share of controversies, but in taking up Osho sannyas one would have noticed a sea of change that his teachings brought to their lives.
If there’s anything that characterizes Osho’s stay here on earth, it was his ability to simplify seemingly complex religious texts so that the common man could understand it in the way it was meant to be understood.
And there wasn’t a subject that he left out as one will discover when they listen to the Osho discourses that are now available literally anywhere in the world. Yes, even though he is gone today, his work in regards to spirituality has been immortalized in the hearts and minds of people everywhere.
And just because he isn’t around, this doesn’t mean that one cannot get to know him and his teachings better because there are several Osho books that have been written and have benefited millions of people around the world today.
All in all, the impact that this man has had on New Age religion (for lack of a better word!) cannot be understated, and while people continue to go against his teachings, his life and teachings still continue to thrive in the world today.
